It is made of medical mattress foam rather than hard plastic so it is not inflexible or unyielding under your mattress, and the foam is whisper quiet unlike plastic parts. The natural properties of foam also provide a slip-resistant surface so your wedge will stay put, unlike slick hard plastic parts. IDEAL SIZE: Each wedge is 24”x24”x6” to assist one adult sleeper. One wedge can be placed on one side of the bed, leaving the other side flat for a sleeper who does not require incline. Two wedges may be used (one per sleeper) on one full, queen or king-size bed. (NOTE: Not for use for children or babies. Not for use in cribs or playpens. See important note in description below.)
